Client relationship ownership: single point of contact for assigned accounts

Status calls and project updates: weekly check-ins, QBRs, escalations

Scope management: identifying changes, flagging risks, protecting margin

Renewal and upsell identification: spotting expansion opportunities

Internal coordination: liaising between client and production team

CRM hygiene: keeping records current and pipelines accurate
